Improvements to LS Digital Levels Firmware v3.10

With firmware version 3.10 the operating system of the LS Digital Level is moved from Windows CS 6.0 to Windows EC7 in order to stay on the latest Windows embedded compact platform and due to end-of-life of the Windows CE 6.0 operating systems
