Product Release – Leica Captivate v3.51 & Leica SmartWorx Viva v7.51

From calendar week 26 onwards, the new Leica Captivate v3.51 field software version will be loaded to products below prior to delivery from the factory:

Leica Nova MS60 MultiStation
Leica Nova ST60 Total Station
Leica Viva TS16 Total Station
Leica CS20 Field Controller
Leica CS35 Tablet

The release of Leica Captivate v3.51 was made necessary due to a bug that prevented full loading of CAD files in the 3D viewer. Due to the bug, only 10% of the data loaded in previous versions could be loaded and seen in the 3D viewer with v3.50

Leica Captivate v3.51 will be available in Leica myWorld from week 26 onwards

From calendar week 26 onwards, the new SmartWorx Viva v7.51 field software version will be loaded to the products below prior to delivery from the factory:

Leica Viva TS15 G Total Station
Leica Viva TS12 L Total Station
Leica Viva TM50 Total Station
Leica Viva CS10/CS15 Field Controller

The release of SmartWorx Viva v7.51 was made necessary due to a bug in the PIN and PUK entry. The version 7.50 would not allow entry of PINs longer than 4 characters. It would also not allow entry of full PUK code

SmartWorx Viva v7.51 will be available in Leica myWorld from week 26 onwards

Customer Care Packages (CCPs)
Customer Care Packages (CCPs) are available for the CS20 Field Controller, Leica Nova and Leica Viva Total Stations and Leica Viva GNSS receivers, bundling support, software maintenance, hardware maintenance and extended warranty

For the Leica CS35 tablet, bundling support, software maintenance and extended warranty CCPs are available
