Firmware v1.1.7 for Leica BLK360 Imaging Laser Scanner

We are pleased to announce the release of the new Leica BLK360 firmware v1.1.7. The new firmware can be downloaded from the Leica myWorld at Leica Geosystems

The firmware contains important improvements, included are:

• Improved robustness of the image capturing and scanning processes
• Time synchronisation behavior between iPad and BLK360 is improved
• Improved reliability of Service Report creation if large raw data content is attached
• Empty data sequences are removed automatically

Version 1.1.7 can be installed on all BLK360 independent of the already installed firmware version

Please note that it’s not directly possible to downgrade to one of the previous firmware versions once version 1.1.7 is installed. Please contact BLK support in case of a downgrade from v 1.1.7 to one of the previous versions if necessary
